Presentation of the 3rd International Forum on Health Workforce Management and Continuing Education (FIGEPS) and the 3rd Brazilian Congress on Health Technologies and Innovation (CONTIS)

The 3rd FIGEPS and the 3rd CONTIS will be held as a joint, inter-institutional event to support researchers, faculty, managers, health professionals, and students in strengthening scientific practice through dialogue on equity, professional roles, and current challenges in health management.

The event will take place on May 14–15, 2026, at the Salão Nobre, Unochapecó, in Chapecó, Santa Catarina (Brazil), under the theme “Use of Technologies and the Building of Sustainable Health Systems.”

Continuing the approach of previous editions, the program will include keynote lectures, thematic roundtables, open presentations (oral communications), and book launches, aiming to discuss and disseminate technical and scientific knowledge on workforce management and innovative experiences in health and nursing, as well as successful national and international initiatives related to technologies in work, education, research, health services, and management.

The event also seeks to connect health work—equitably, innovatively, and sustainably—with the principles of Brazil’s Unified Health System (SUS), and with SDGs 3, 4, 8, 11, 12, and 16, fostering exchange among diverse stakeholders and promoting the dissemination of science, technology, and innovation across health and nursing settings.

The program will feature national and international speakers in in-person panels, oral communications, and the presentation of technical-technological products in management, health education, and technology and innovation.
