Doctorate in Administration (Academic)

The Doctorate in Administration (Academic), offered by the School of Administration and Economics (ESAG), is a strictly academic program whose primary objective is to develop and disseminate high-level scientific knowledge and to further the training of researchers in the field of Administration.

The objectives of the Doctorate Program in Administration (Academic) are:

· To train outstanding professionals for teaching and research in private organizations, the public sector, and institutions operating in the public sphere within their respective regions.

· To train researchers capable of understanding the role of different collective and institutional actors in the construction of the public good.

· To train qualified researchers to expand and develop new knowledge in the field of Administration, with practical applications for organizations in the regional contexts in which they operate.

· To meet the regional and national demand for the training of faculty and researchers in the program’s research areas.

· To promote a deeper understanding of organizations of all types through the development of scientific research guided by diverse epistemological and methodological approaches and based on innovative theoretical perspectives, with implications for economic, political, and social development at the regional, national, and international levels.
