Master’s in Administration (Professional)
 

The Master’s Degree in Administration (Professional), offered by the School of Administration and Economics (ESAG), has the overall objective of deepening knowledge, study, and research on the strategies that underpin actions in organizational, political, and social environments.

(1) to develop critical and reflective professionals capable of applying scientific knowledge and acting as agents of change in the field of administration;

(2) to deepen knowledge and the study of public, private, and civil society organizations, in order to facilitate the understanding, analysis, and resolution of problems, taking into account internal and external challenges and limitations;

(3) to train managers of public, private, and civil society organizations for the co-production of the public good, the exploration of new ideas, and the management and development of new projects in the field of administration;

(4) promote the development of collaborative studies and integrated action among research groups and institutions of various kinds, aiming at the coordinated solution of problems and the exploration of opportunities;

(5) share knowledge with society, stimulating interest in the development of research in public and private sector organizations, with a view to local, regional, and national development.
