This course provides students with a solid foundation in the design, analysis, and simulation of Switched-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS). By the end of the course, students will: This course explores the application of power electronics in modern electric energy systems and emerging technologies. Students will: Understand the role of power converters in advanced power systems.Analyze and design application-specific converter topologies. Simulate and evaluate power electronic interfaces using LTSPICE, PSIM, or PLECS. Apply power electronics to electric mobility, distributed generation, smart grids, power quality,
and electric drives. Understand grid codes, control strategies, and standards.
