ACADEMIC CALENDAR FOR 2026 - Provisory

- Spring Semester 2026 (March - July):

• February 19th and 20th: Enrollment for International Students in academic mobility (enrollment automatically done by Udesc, the student does not need to be here presential);
• March 2nd: Spring classes begin (regular programs = taught in Portuguese
• March 9th: Courses taught in English begin;
• March 11h: The course "Portuguese as a Second Language" begins;
• July 05th: Last day of classes;
• July 08th to 12th: Final exams;
• July 13th: Virtual certificate/grade available at SIGA.

- Fall Semester 2026 (August - December):

• July 27th to 28th: Enrollment for International Students in academic mobility (enrollment automatically done by Udesc);
• August 03th : Fall classes begin (regular programs = taught in Portuguese);
• August 10th: Courses taught in English begin;
• August 13th: The course "Portuguese as a Second Language" begins;
• December 06th: Last day of classes;
• December 8th to 12th: Final exams;
• December 14th: Virtual certificate/grade available at SIGA.
