For Undergraduate Process

To extend your academic mobility at UDESC, you need to follow these steps:

• 1° Fill out the extension form, at least one month before the end of the semester;
• 2° Request signature of UDESC local coordinator (chefe de departamento) of your program;
• 3° Scan and send the signed form to scii.reitoria@udesc.br with the subject "Extension Mobility";
• 4° SCII will analyze, sign and email to the International Office of your institution;
• 5° If your institution agrees, the SCII will provide the Acceptance Letter for the visa procedure at Federal Police.
