• Mobility starting in Spring Semester (March 2nd - July 12th)

Nominations begin on October 1st until October 31th

Online application form available: October 30th to November 07th;

• Mobility starting in Fall Semester (August 04th - December 12th)

Nominations begin on February 28th until April 07th.

Online application form available: April 8th to April 30th;

Application Process

The application process is virtual. The student must complete the application form and attach all the required documents within the deadline.

Nominations by its International Office are mandatory to apply for academic mobility at UDESC (undergraduate only).

For undergraduate programs:

1. Fill out the online application form before the deadline;

2. One must complete, print, and sign the official Udesc study plan. This form should also be signed by a school representative (ONLY);

3. Application form will ask to attach the following documents:

- Copy of passport;
- Transcript of records;
- Study plan.

The application must have all the documents attached to the online application form to be processed.

4. In case of acceptance, the student and the school will be notified.
